Boss Tide, Demon Crime Lord
The Portsmaw region has it's fair share of demons, but none are as big and bad as Boss Tide.
Despite his monstrous appearance, Boss Tide is a rather outgoing and charismatic character. When asked about his heritage, he claims to be a true native of the region and the river. With his fiendish charms he's managed to worm his way into the heart of Portsmaw society. He has alliances with several Willsburg nobles and soldiers stationed at Fort Massie. Despite his investment in the town, his ultimate goal is corruption and destruction of mortals. Working towards this end he does his best to encourage vice and discredit those that encourage more moderate behavior, such as Father Bear and his congregation.
Boss Tide's infernal presence has corrupted many of the giant catfish of the Oh'yio. In addition to the corrupted fish, Boss Tide's maintains a crew of thugs, bandits, and grifters.
(Boss Tide is too powerful for S&W Light characters, but once Continual Light comes out they should be able to take him on.)
