It's worth the price for the full version of the Lamentations core rules and She Bleeds alone. I've read the Azurth Adventures Digest Issue 1 too and it's a lot of fun. Of the material I'm not familiar with Sandy Peterson's Cthulhu Mythos for Pathfinder looks really good. I don't play Pathfinder anymore, but it would still be cool to have and read.
