Merry Axemas Day 10 - Silent Night, Deadly Night 2 (1987)

Synopsis: Years after the events of the original film, Billy's younger brother is now an adult. He recounts the events that drove his brother to become a murdered and what led to his own dark deeds.

The Good: Ricky is an interesting protagonist. He's definitely a villain, but his path to darkness is sympathetic. Also, up until a certain point his victims do deserve it. This film includes all of the best scenes/kills from the first flick.  The new kills are pretty interesting too. You've got to love umbrella impalement. Also, as you may know, it's...

The Bad: As you can see from the scene above, the acting in this one isn't exactly the greatest. Also, I'd say at least 25 minutes of the film is footage from the first flick delivered via flashbacks.

Final Thoughts: This movie have a fun sense of humor to it and is more fun (even if it's less Christmas-y).

In Your Game:

Santa Ricky

AC: 12                           Attack Damage: By weapon
HD: 4                             Special: Punish the Naughty, Sequel

Like his older brother, Billy, he can enter a single minded state in which all he wishes to do is punish the naughty, when in this state he gains incredible strength and a +2 to toughness. However, he is so single minded that he cannot take any other actions other than attacking the naughty target.

When brought to 0 HP, roll a 1d6, on a 3-5 he regains half of his hit points and just appears to be dead. Once he uses this ability he can't use it again until rests or receives medical attention.
