I remember seeing this picture in one of the Dragon Magazines I had in the late 90's. It was from a Gamma World Alternity article. I found it again recently and decided to make some content for it. Here's an npc you can add to your Crawling Under A Broken Moon Umerica games.

Diggs the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle
The mutant turtle known as Diggs is the heir to a heroic legacy. The son of Raphael, Diggs and his brothers (Jones and Smith) were named after great artists of their father's youth, the Wu-Tang Clan. An angry young mutant, he is the last surviving member of his family. He travels the wastes of Umerica, seeking to help the helpless.
