Today's character was created 5th Evolution: White Chapel Vigilance Committee and was inspired by the animated version of Batman: Gotham By Gaslight. I also used the Child Hero rules from 5th Evolution: 80's Horror - The Tunnel of Terror.

Dash: Move 30 feet (can be done in addition to normal movement)
Disengage: Movement doesn't provoke attack of opportunity.
Dodge: Can focus entirely on avoiding attacks. Until start of his next turn, any attack against him is made at disadvantage and he makes Dex saving throws with advantage. Loses benefit if reduced to 0 HP or incapacitated.
Help: Can aid friendly creatures in attacking a creature within 5 feet of him. The first attack the ally makes before your next turn against the creature is rolled with advantage.
