- The decadent Strigoi - depraved and beautiful aristocrats
- The wicked Moroi - damned and cursed souls that made deals with the darkness
- The wretched Nosferat - deformed monstrosities
The discussion of the three types include common powers associated with them. There is a discussion of the vitae, the energy found in blood, and how the various vampires consume it. We're give a chart and discussion of universal and type-specific vampire powers and magic. There's a discussion of and stats given for vampire thralls/familiars. I found this funny because I just watched the new Renfield flick a few days ago. Hunters aren't left defenseless though, because there's a few pages of content helpful for those that slay the undead. Finally there's an adventure featuring a vampire lord (and new magic items) at the end.
This is another grand slam by Joey. It focuses on an iconic monster and presents several ways to make them unique. Vampire Blood one pairs really well with Nightworld and Macabre and if you don't have them, I recommend picking up all three.. You can snag your own copy of Vampire Blood here.
