Bronze Tiger is a grandmaster martial artist who's been both an anti-hero and villain in DC. While his story changes based on the continuity he's normally associated with Batman, Richard Dragon, and Lady Shiva (having either trained them or trained along side them). In one iteration I believe he also trained alongside Hong Kong Phooey. He has also been a member of the League of Assassins (often being brainwashed during these times) and has been recruited by Amanda Waller for multiple iterations of the Suicide Squad. Bronze Tiger has made a appearances in other media, particularly in Batman related media. Michael Jai White portrayed him in Arrow (and voiced him in the animated film Batman: Soul of the Dragon.
Some versions give him mystic amulets or weapons that grant shapechanging powers, but I prefer the more martial arts focused version.

weapon) with a range of 20/60.

I like the Michael Jai White version on Arrow. Soul of the Dragon wasn't bad but it was one of those where they just call it a Batman movie for marketing when it was mostly a Richard Dragon movie.
ReplyDeleteThis is a good one! I am loving how all of this is coming together.
