"No Ma'am. I'm Not Even A Little Okay."

Bao Pham's life was changed when his parents were killed by the Joker and his goons. Spurred on by the clown's continued rampages and Batman's seeming unwillingness to come up with a permanent solution, Bao created the persona of Clownhunter and began hunting down Joker's goons. He was confronted by Batman who warned him to stop. Eventually he hunted down Harley Quinn and planned to kill her, but changed his mind when a remorseful Harley apologized.

This isn't the first time I've given stats to Clownhunter. He's already received the Vigilante City treatment. Power-wise I'd made him on par with Bob the Goon. He can definitely take out multiple Joker henchman (especially with planning), but he's still young and inexperienced. He would definitely wipe the floor with Wiseau Joker. Actual Joker or The Batman Who Laughs would waste him.
