The Stake Lands for Survive This!! - Zombies! (1e)

I've talked about Stake Land and Stake Land 2 before. I've created game material for the movie using various systems (feral vamps for All Flesh Must Be Eaten, Mister for Cinematic Unisystem, feral vamp stats for Blood Dark Thirst, and the Control Feral power for Blood Dark Thirst). The films are my favorite zombie movies, even though they don't feature zombies. Instead this post apocalyptic landscape is populated by crazy religious cults that worship feral vampires (that serve the role as zombies in the films). Seriously, they are bleak, but if you haven't watched these movies, you need to. Given the zombie-esque nature of the films, you could definitely use Survive This!! - Zombies! to run a game set in the Stake Lands. Here are ways to adapt the setting to Survive This!! - Zombies! 1st edition.

Methods of Termination: Severing the spinal chord, severing the head, wooden stake to the heart, contact with direct sunlight (this does 2d6 damage to the vampire a turn).

Use Runner stats for a typical feral vampire, changing the Methods of Termination to the ones listed above

Use Rage Zombies stats for Berserkers, changing the Methods of Termination to the ones listed above.

Cult Leaders like Jebedia Loven are definitely the setting's equivalents to Shepherds of the Dead.

The Mother from Stake Land 2: Stakelander would be a Zombie Leader, changing the Methods of Termination to the ones listed above. They could also be Boss Zombies or Legend Zombies from Survive This!! - Zombies! Zombie Manual II - WELCOME TO ZOMBIELAND!

Uses Child Zombie stats from Survive This!! - Zombies! Zombie Manual II - WELCOME TO ZOMBIELAND! to create scamps. They aren't immediately hostile and have the Methods of Termination as mentioned above.

This is a quick and dirty way to use the game to play a Stake Lands game. When the 2nd edition comes out I'll flesh it out more.
