I did it for Light City so I'm going to do it for Vigilante City. Because Leto's Joker is in this video that means Skrillex and Rick Ross are DC Cinematic Universe villains (or at least mercs).

Armor Class: 12/14 (Melee/Ranged) Attack Damage: Punch 1d4 or Dub Step (1d6, see below)
Hit Dice: 4 Special: Drop the Base
Move: 12 Bonuses: +2 to Hit
Attacks: 1 per Round HDE: 4
Skrillex can target any single target on the ground within 30' of him with his dub step attack. Once per day he can "drop the bass" which deals 2d6 points of force damage and knocks all creatures with in 30' prone (save for half damage and to not be knocked prone).
Rick Ross
Ross doesn't have any powers, but he's big and knows how to fight.
