 I love enamal pins. I've been collecting them for yours now. One of my favorite creators is Kevin over at Geeky and Kinky. Gelatinous Cube Dress

I have a pretty big crush on Ginny Di. I think she's adorable. I shared a really sweet D&D love song she wrote last year. It has recently come to my attention that she made a gelatinous cube inspired dress. Since the cube is one of my favorite iconic monsters and I think she's awesome. I wanted to share.

Bonuses: +2 to hit, +2 to Toughness, +2 to damage rolls, +4 to rolls involving games.

Radioactive: Because of the radioactive nature of C.H.U.D.s, damage dealt by them can only be healed by magic, powers, or professional medical treatment.

Metagaming: Dicerolling C.H.U.D.s have strange ability to break the 4th wall. This basically allows the gamemaster to cheat. For example, if they might know a character's weakness or attack a the character with the lowest AC or HP. When they use this ability the GM must explain how they did this (in character) by saying things like, "Dude I peaked at your character sheet." or "Everyone knows that your class has that ability."

Mutation: Anyone damaged by a C.H.U.D. has the potential to turn into one. If you're using Zombies!, players must make an Infection every time they are struck by a C.H.U.D).

Bags of Holding

Yesterday I picked up two different variations of ThinkGeek's Bag of Holding. They were both priced at 30 dollars at Game Stop, but they were 50% off the sticker price so I got both for 30. I'm going to be honest, I don't care if I'm a 6'4" fat guy with a big beard and these are purses/handbags, they're pretty flippin' sweet and I love them. I got them because I wanted a new bag to take with me to Origins. I'm not sure which one I'll use.

The first I grabbed is the Convertible Tote of Holding.

The second I grabbed was the Origami Bag of Holding.

Both came with a ThinkGeek drawstring bag.

Dirty and Nerdy? Geeky and Kinky? It's All Good (NSFW)

Not normally my style for this blog, but I feel like giving a plug to a couple of sex positive nerdy things I've found on the web recently.

In it's last few days on Kickstarter, Consentacle: A Card Game of Human-Alien Intimacy looks like a fun and interesting game. It's two players and you and your partner try to play the most satisfying card combos. What's fun is that in the standard version of the game, neither player can talk so they have to give non-verbal queues. Not going to play this with all my gamer friends, but I know some guys and gals I think this would be fun to play with.

I've always had a thing for Velma from Scooby Doo which is why I had to order the Jinkies! pin from Geeky and Kinky. They have some other fun pins. You should check them out.

Next week, I'm going to see MC Lars, MC Frontalot, Mega Ran, and Schaffer the Darklord at the Rumba Cafe here in Columbus. I'm super stoked. I've seen Ran once, but I've not seen the other gents. I think I'm the most stoked to see STD. I figured since it's fits thematically with this post I'd go ahead and plug his ep, Sex Rhymes. There are five tracks. The first is Sex Rhymes, which is a long list of words and euphemisms for sex acts and is pretty fun. The second track, Yes, is my favourite and is all about consent and is critique of songs like Blurred Lines and books like 50 Shades of Grey. Monsters is a track about giant sex crazed kaiju and is a sticky and gooey blast. This is followed by Pegged, an old school 90's slow jam about pegging. The ep ends with Stranger, which is a twisted love story involving necrophilia. I love every track and you can listen to it for free and make your own opinion.

Pinopticon

This post isn't really gaming or geek related, but I wanted to give a shout out to an old friend and his online shop. Wade designs pins based on art, literature, and radical (Left) politics and they are fantastic. If you're looking for some flair with meaning check out Pinopticon. They are also on Facebook and Instagram.

When I saw his Morning Star pin inspired by Gustave Dore's "Satan descends upon Earth" I had to have it. I do believe that Paradise Lost engraving is my all time favourite piece of art.

My political views tend to be radical left, so of course I loved this Refugees Welcome pin. A portion of the proceeds from sales are donated to No Mas Muertes (No More Deaths), an organization in southern Arizona which advocates for immigration reform and works to stop the deaths of immigrants in the desert. You can learn more about the organization here.

As a librarian (and just general book lover), I had to have this one inspired by Joseph Mugnaini's iconic cover of Ray Bradbury's Fahrenheit 451.

Wade also sent some really cute 3d stickers with my order. Being the goth unicorn I am, I loved them. ;)
